IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

HHS Announcements

• All Evening School students must bring proof of residence with them to school.

  • Proof of Residence must include:

    • A copy of the parent's/guardian's picture ID

    • A copy of a utility bill that includes the same name on the ID and the address where the student lives.  (We do not need to see billing information, just the top part that includes the parent's/guardian's name, the address and the name of the utility i.e. CCEMC, Progress Energy, Havelock City Water Bill, Time Warner Cable, etc.).

• Per the Craven County Schools Board of Education, All Craven County School students are required to pay a $20.00 technology fee this year.

HHS Exams

If your student is enrolled in

MATH I

ENGLISH II

or BIOLOGY;

He/She must come in during exam week to take the

North Carolina state mandated End of Course Exam associated with the course.  

If the EOC exam is not taken, your student cannot receive credit for the course.  

Students are expected to make a level 4 or 5 on the EOC.

I will give each student enrolled in one of the above courses the date and time to be at HHS to take the exam.  

All EOC Exams will only be administered during the regular day time hours (7:25 am - 11:30 am).

ATTENTION SENIORS!

All Seniors must pay the $25.00 Graduation fee and the $20.00 Technology fee.

These fees must be paid before Graduation.

Students who have not paid them will not be permitted to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
